Ingredient :
1. Cubed tofu, covered them with plain flour, just enough to coat them.-
2. Heat oil in a pan and pan fried cubed tofu, set aside. -
3. Prepare hot water. -
4. Once vermicelli is soften in cold water, drained. -
5. Pour hot water and add bean sprouts. -
6. Leave it for 1 minute, drained. -
7. Transfer vermicelli, bean sprouts and fried tofu onto a bowl. -
8. Pour peanut sauce on top, mix them well but careful not to break the tofu. -
9. Then transfer a portion to a serving plate. -
10. Add about 2 tbsp of "BANGO" sweet soy sauce. Garnish with fried shallots. -
11. Then some fried prawn crackers on the side. -
12. Ready to Serve.
